Custom & Memorial Products
Many of our products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all custom and memorial products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
Cremated Remains & Memorial Materials
If you choose to include cremated remains or other memorial materials in your order, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are the legal next of kin or have full legal authority to provide these materials
You grant Forever Near Chimes permission to incorporate these materials into the requested artwork or keepsake
Forever Near Chimes is not responsible for the sentimental, emotional, or monetary value of any materials provided
While we handle all memorial materials with the utmost care and respect, you understand that artistic processes inherently involve risk, and no outcome can be guaranteed to meet personal expectations.
Artistic Variations
Each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, texture, and appearance. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our work and are not considered defects.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has shipped, Forever Near Chimes is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to select shipping options with tracking and insurance when available.
