If you would like additional personalization, ash incorporation options, or a specific Sailor design, you may choose one of the options below. Each personalized request is a one-of-a-kind creation, thoughtfully designed for a particular family and created to be uniquely their own and will never appear on the shop page.

Keepsake Urn (Family-Handled)

+$50

This option is for families who wish to personally keep a small portion of their loved one’s ashes or a meaningful remembrance item.

Includes:

Choice of one keepsake urn.

Designed to attach to your Sailor and hang beneath your wind chime as a additional keepsake.

Custom Sailor (No Ashes)

+$50 (Includes Customization from Photo)

This option allows for personalization without ashes.

You may:

• Choose from an existing handcrafted Sailor created by LouLou or Mary

Ashes are not included in this option.

Additional Sailors may be purchased if you wish to add more than one keepsake to your order.

With Ashes Incorporated

+$50 Additional Charge

This is our most personal Sailor option.

Includes:

A small portion of your loved one’s cremated ashes may be incorporated into a specially created Sailor. Your Sailor may be based on one of our existing “Included Sailor Collection” designs or created from a photo you provide, via email or text. Only a small amount of cremated ashes is used (approximately 1/4 teaspoon). Ash incorporation is a separate add-on and is only available when selected by choosing the the “Ash Incorporation” icon - either human or pet.

When you order Ash Inclusion

If you select ash inclusion for a loved one or pet, you will be guided through a required authorization form before the item is added to your cart. This step ensures proper consent and allows you to securely provide all necessary details needed to complete your purchase. It also includes instructions for packaging and mailing a small amount of the cremated ashes.

3. Decide if you’d like an upgraded Sailor option 

4. If you would like ashes incorporated, select on one of the Ash Addition options (Pet or Human). You will be guided through a required authorization form before the item is added to your cart.
