Are your wind chimes handcrafted?
Yes. Our wind chimes are thoughtfully assembled with care. While some components are professionally manufactured, each design element and final assembly is handcrafted in Arkansas and Texas.
Can cremated remains be included?
Yes. We offer memorial options that allow a small portion of cremated ashes to be incorporated respectfully into select designs. Families may also submit a photo of their loved one for a Custom Wind Sail to be created with or without ash inclusion.
Who can submit cremated remains?
The person placing the order must be the legal next of kin or have written permission from the legal next of kin. If ash incorporation is selected, a required authorization form must be completed before production begins. We will begin creating your piece once the authorization is received and the ashes have arrived.
Are memorial chimes returnable?
Because each memorial chime is custom-made and personalized specifically for your family, all sales are final.
Will my chime look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, hardware, wood grain, artwork placement, and finishing details may occur. These differences are a natural part of handcrafted memorial artwork and help make each piece unique.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production times vary depending on customization. Typical turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks after all required photos, forms, ashes (if applicable), and other materials have been received.
How should I care for my wind chime?
Our chimes may be displayed indoors or outdoors. To clean, simply wipe gently with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Do chimes include a Wind Sail?
Yes. Every Forever Near Wind Chime includes one wind sail selected by the customer from our Included Wind Sail Collection during the ordering process. Additional Custom Wind Sails, Memorial Wind Sails, Keepsake Urns, and handcrafted keepsakes may be purchased separately.
How much cremated ash is required?
Approximately ¼ to ½ teaspoon. You may request that a small portion be returned to you if desired. We treat all ashes with care, dignity, and respect throughout the entire process. Every order is handled individually to ensure your loved one is honored with the care they deserve.
Will my Wind Sail from the Included Wind Sail Collection look exactly like the one shown?
The Wind Sail shown in the product image is the design you are selecting. Because each Wind Sail is handcrafted and individually produced, slight variations in color, hardware, artwork placement, and finishing details may occur. These variations are part of the unique character and beauty of handcrafted artwork.
Can I order a Custom Wind Sail using my own photograph?
Yes. We offer Custom Wind Sail created from customer-submitted photographs of people, pets, military service members, special memories, and meaningful life events. Additional charges apply for custom artwork.
Can I add a Keepsake Urn to my order?
Yes. Keepsake Urns are available as an optional add-on and may be personalized depending on the design selected. They are intended to hold a small amount of cremated remains as a cherished remembrance.
